The Benefits of Joining PREMO's Team
PREMO Group Inc. offers employees the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment on a variety of remediation projects across the country. The company is structured very simply to reduce management layers and allow employees advancement based on their own success and capabilities.
As a PREMO employee you have the flexibility of part-time or full-time employment. Project opportunities can be provided by the PREMO Management Team or can be developed by the employee. As a part-time PREMO employee, you are not required to appear in a PREMO office at specified times (unless specifically required by the assignment) and you are not obligated to work particular hours. PREMO employees are only required to perform the assigned task by the assigned time deadline, within the assigned budget and consistent with our client's expectations. PREMO employees are paid in accordance with the standard PREMO pay period (every two weeks) and are covered by PREMO's errors and omissions and other insurance only for work conducted on PREMO assignments.
PREMO provides competitive wages and benefits to its full-time employees. Our benefits package includes paid vacation and sick time; medical, dental, vision and section 125 flexible spending plans, life insurance, long and short term disability and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
PREMO currently utilizes professionals with a wide range of expertise, including geologists, engineers, scientists, and technicians with practical, hands-on expertise in remediation and monitoring systems operations and maintenance, and specialized trade skills such as plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
Joining the PREMO team is also a great opportunity for retired or self-employed individuals seeking flexible work arrangements or needing to align themselves with a larger firm that can deliver greater resources and insurance coverage, thereby increasing their opportunities. Many of our projects are located at former manufacturing facilities which are no longer active and PREMO often seeks individuals with prior plant or process experience to join our team in addressing lingering environmental cleanup obligations.
